The 3rd Runway Construction for Suvarnabhumi Airport Expansion Project is under the supervision of Airports of Thailand Public Co., Ltd. (AOT), with a construction supervision consultant (CSC) appointed to take care of the project management, focusing on the scope of authorization, which includes project supervision, coordination and planning, procurement, project operation, quality control, construction cost control, contract management, time management and daily work management. In performing all the managerial tasks, the CSC will refer to AOT’s command and approval in all cases.
